Kenya's New Video Is Out! - "Never The Less"

A singer, songwriter, pianist, musician.... A mother, a wife, a woman... A soul who is simply sharing her passion and gift of music with all who wish to experience innovative music .

Kenya has performed at a variety of leading venues in the Chicagoland area including The House of Blues where she was the opening act for soul singer Lalah Hathaway, The Shrine where she performed during a show featuring Algebra Blessett, Park 52 Restaurant located in President Barack Obama's Chicago neighborhood of Hyde Park, and she is a regularly featured artist at Flavor Restaurant in Chicago's south suburbs. 

Her debut EP titled "Starting Over", produced by Grammy Award winning producer Maurice Joshua (best remix for "Crazy In Love" by Beyonce), is a testimony to Kenya's journey- she is returning to the gift of music after being away from the craft (having a family and career as a physical therapist and educator). She was named Best Singer of the Month (April 2011) by SingerUniverse.com and has been featured in various music industry media groups including Women of Substance Radio (www.wosradio.com), Essentialpop.com, Beats & Lyrics Magazine and IndMusicMedia.com. Kenya is embarking an amazing musical journey that will both entertain and inspire diverse audiences.
